Who doesn’t love the taste of a good cheeseburger? No one, right? Well, this hamburger pasta recipe combines all the yumminess of a cheeseburger with pasta noodles for an even more filling and satisfying meal.
And it’s easy to make, so you can multitask while dinner is getting ready. That’s always our busiest time of the day – the kids are home, work is done and everyone is hungry. I like fast and easy dinner recipes!
This has become one of our favorite family hamburger pasta recipes to make during the week. This cheeseburger skillet pasta is total comfort food. It’s like hamburger helper, but much tastier!
Cheeseburger Skillet Dinner Ingredients
Cream Cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Ground Beef
Milk
Bowtie Pasta Noodles
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Onion Powder
Sugar
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Drain the grease from the skillet.
Add the garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder & sugar and stir to combine together well.
Pour in the 2 cups of milk, then add the cream cheese and uncooked noodles. Mix well and then bring to a boil over medium heat.
Then cover with a lid and continue cooking for about five minutes on medium heat. Remove the lid and stir everything really well.
Mix in the cheddar cheese. Keep stirring occasionally while the pasta is cooking and the sauce thickens to your liking. You can reduce the heat a bit or continue cooking on medium heat.
I like to continue cooking for about 8-10 minutes until the noodles are soft and the sauce is thick. Serve this cheeseburger skillet meal with a salad alongside for a nutritious meal.

It is so easy to change up this cheesy hamburger skillet recipe – why not give any (or all) of these delicious ingredients a try?
